Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality and the Future of Production
What will the sports broadcasts, TV shows and films of the future look, feel and sound like? Sam Leadsom, vice-executive for virtual production company Pixotope and ex-producer/director for the Premier league and Fox Sports. Will give a glimpse into the future as he displays ways in which stunning new production techniques will change the delivery and experience of events from live sport to game shows.

Creative Graduate Schemes - What do you larger companies offer graduates from the Creative Industries?
Graduates from the Creative Industries are in high demand across a wide range of sectors. This workshop will look at the opportunities available to apply to graduate schemes and the application process involved. The workshop will outline a range of Creative roles advertised by some well known organisations such as Google and Sky.

First-Team Player Interview
Gloucester and England winger Ollie Thorley will visit the festival to take questions from students. Ollie, who went to school locally, holds the record for being the youngest player to represent Gloucester since the game went professional.

Career Planning for Postgraduate Students - how best to market yourself and your skills as a postgraduate student.
This will be an interactive event where students will be able to discuss their situation and develop strategies to help them plan the next stage in their career. All postgraduate students from the School of Creative Industries welcome.

3.00pm - Class Act

Recent graduates from across the School tell their stories on navigating the industry and securing jobs
Join recent graduates from across the School as they share their experiences and tips on entering the world of work with lecturer Vanessa Bewley. The panel will contain alumni from both our undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including Katy Homewood (pictured), who studied on both undergrad and postgrad programmes.
Full panel includes:
